House Rules

  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM
    Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
    Early check-in and late check-out are offered on the basis of availability.

  • Quiet hours: please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.

  • All adult guests must share a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in. Check-in details are shared once IDs are received.

  • Number of guests: maximum 2 per apartment.

  • Only registered guests are permitted unless approved by the host in advance.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Events and parties are not permitted — this is a residential neighbourhood.

  • Commercial photography and filming are not permitted without prior host approval.

  • Smoking is not permitted indoors — the terrace is the designated smoking area.

  • Waste disposal: please keep wet and dry waste separate using the designated bins downstairs.

  • On departure, please return the key to the outside lockbox and switch off the lights, AC, and other appliances.

  • Please treat the home as your own and help us maintain its cleanliness for the next guest.

  • CCTV cameras monitor the building entrance and outdoor areas.

  • Free parking is available for guests within the building.

  • Stays of 5 nights or longer include one free cleaning — just let us know your preferred day.

  • Food, groceries, and essentials are easily ordered through Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, and Zepto.

  • The building does not have an elevator; access is via stairs.
